Service was great, Ahmad and Hassan greeted upon us with the warmest smile. Very attentive to my requests and questions. Lobby was nicely decorated

Environment is very good, hotel design is beautiful, room is clean and comfortable, hotel staff especially Usama is very friendly and helpfull. Very recommended.

- nearby MRT Batu Kentomen - room is exceptional and comfortable - hangout space are very welcomed - the vibes like we are staying dorm in overseas - decoration are beautiful

1. Friendly staff who helps to accommodate my stay there 2. Clean room with working airconditioner 3. Nice rooftop view and pantry 4. Have a self-service washing machine and dryer
